What are your estimated shipping times?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in about 2-3 business days.

How long are your processing times?

We strive to ship your package as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. However, during peak seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Are promotional codes eligible during sales and on sale items?

No - no other promotions are applicable during sales, or on any discounted items.

Do your devices come with a product?

We provide a one-year product on all our units, including both strip and round lights. If your unit experiences any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we're here to help. Please note: discontinued units are not covered under warranty. For more details, feel free to contact us via email.
